It can be known that Aadhaar is a 12-digit unique identification number issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). The identification number acts as authentication of identity and residence for Indian citizens. How to file Aadhaar complaint online: Steps explained
Go to the official UIDAI website using any web browser or click on the link-
Now from the homepage click on the ‘Contact & Support’ section.
Then Tap on ‘File a Complaint’ mentioned under the Grievance Redressal Mechanism option.
Select your complaint type as ‘Operator & Enrollment Agencies (Enrolment ID is optional)’ or ‘Aadhaar not Generated (Enrolment ID is mandatory)’.
Then go to the ‘Personal Detail’ section, and provide your Enrollment ID (EID) and time of enrollment.
Enter your contact details.
Provide your PIN Code and select your village / town / city.
Then select type of complaint and specify the category.
Then you will have to write about your concern or issue in the provided field.
You will then have to enter the Captcha code and click on ‘Submit’.
After the 10th step you will get a 14 digit Complaint ID number, which can be used to track your complaint status.
You can track your complaint status by clicking on ‘Check Complaint Status’ under the ‘Contact & Support’ section.
